Hello, good evening, I have a TANDEM XE transmitter with Timbal Extender, I have never had problems, in fact I have all my models configured with these options, but now I want to configure a new model and my surprise is that it does not give me the option to be able to configure it since I press the button or turn the remote control but it does not detect it, on the other hand if I select another model they work correctly. I have noticed that when I enter the checklist the transmitter that comes out is the X20 tandem, before the drawing of the XE came out, is this normal?, I would need you to please help me solve this problem.
