Ethos Simulator - imports and saves

Hi there Ethos gurus - I am running the sim on my Mac book pro using 'wine-preloaded' - all good!

my questions are
1- should we be able to import a new file (Test.bin) - it says that it is loaded but then shows bad data.. (first three images)
2- when sending a model there is a BT option and it says is sends, but not anywhere in the file structure.. (last four images)

my goal is to use the sim to modify my models and then save them to the radio?
