I'm not sure if it's related or not, but I ran into a NullReferenceException when I tried to run this

I'm not sure if I missed a step or if there's something deeper in the save files that GPSaveConverter can't handle.

I tried the following FileTranslation tables. At first, they seemed to work. When I booted up the game, it said my save files were corrupt and erased the files I tried to transfer.
