trace-pkg has all of the things we actually use in serverless-jetpack with a couple other things.

Remove trace-deps and wrapping application code
Switch over to trace-pkg to do things in trace mode and just do a bridge layer for serverless config.
Ticket out removing legacy / inspectdep mode entirely.
