A repository can be considered "complete" if all tables and figures can be re-computed from the artifacts in the open-science repository. (Source: https://researchdata.springernature.com/users/336958-martin-monperrus/posts/57389-how-to-make-a-good-open-science-repository)

This script generates some of the figures in the report https://www.folkhalsomyndigheten.se/publicerat-material/publikationsarkiv/s/skattning-av-peakdag-och-antal-infekterade-i-covid-19-utbrottet-i-stockholms-lan-februari-april-2020/, but not all of them.
