IDE: Test runner panel #13

I'd like a panel where I can run tests. The panel should include the following features:

Show the total number of passing vs failing tests after a run.
Show a list of all tests, showing whether each tests passed or failed.
Filter all run tests (only passed, only failed, text name matching)
Show test failure exceptions
