I minimal tested with only your mod and fabric:

Here's the video (with full mods, but I also minimally tested it), with the current difficulty, every melee attack can on shot me even with armors, but skeletons with bow deal really just Vanilla damage.

I just set the difficulty to 1000 and test it, everything works except the damage from the creeper
