Provision of service workers for sites that have a single app is fairly straight forward. However, it becomes complicated in situations where you deploy more than one app to a single domain, especially if you may potentially have different versions of the software - and hence different versions of the service worker - running on the same domain. Needs some careful thought, research and experimentation.
