Question about contributions

If we are wanting to submit a set of keyboard shortcuts to be added to the repo, may we group related shortcuts on the same line, or do we need to keep them on seperate rows? Example:

Shortcut	Action
Alt Down	Move Lines Down
Alt Up	Move Lines Up

Shortcut	Action
Alt Up or Alt Down	Move Lines Up/Down
