This is something I have noticed when using torrent media. I currently have like 25+ torrents right now. There is high CPU usage and slow upload speeds.. but it surprisingly resolves itself as soon as you minimize the client. When minimized, upload speed jumps from 70kbps to something like 800kbps.

The upload speed also seems to be proportional to the CPU usage on your computer. In other words, if you were to run torrent media while playing video games or encoding a video, it would reduce the upload speed to almost nil.

Then again, the above problem may be a normal part of using WebTorrent.

I was also wondering, does the client automatically update itself, or do you need to reinstall the torrent media module?

Thanks, that sounds like the table refresh. When I have some time, I'll test and fix it.

Remember, it is still developing. When a stable version is finished, the client will automatically update itself.
