linkable_ring_sig接口文档中缺失必要参数id #22

首先十分感谢作者对该仓库的卓越贡献！

我在测试接口的时候发现linkable_ring_sig这个方法的传入参数缺少了必要参数id，这个id值似乎是在join_ring的返回值中的result字段获取到的，接口文档缺少该返回字段的描述；
另外，该方法还有一个可选参数ring_size，没有在接口文档中提供，该参数值默认为32，如果我想在环大小为更小的时候就可以进行签名，那么则需要用到该参数，比如显式地传入ring_size=16；

我已提了pull requests #21 来更正这两处纰漏，谢谢！
