The current pick list system is linear, but if you want to do more advanced strategy, thinking about which 2nd picks would be good depending on who you were able to pick first, the current system doesn't work quite well for that

Also: maybe add notes or asterisks for teams who you want to look more closely at, if you're forming your picklist on the day before alliance selection, with some matches to go?
