Add functionality so a Team Admin can upload one or more images, with optional captions/descriptions, which can be accessed by logged-in users, specific to the event that the org is set to.
The initial use case is for the Scouting Lead to be able to upload a picture of the pits map, to help Scouts find teams during pit scouting - but this functionality could be useful in other situations.
