Fixes #231. Scouter names & super scout notes, just like other notes, are not exported when a viewer exports data. It's not written in a very extensible way, unlike the "pivot keys" and report columns in the CSV export, but I wouldn't anticipate more fields like scouter names and super scouting as they are special fields, so I believe it is fine.
