宏安全性，已选择启用所有宏
在使用control + alt + T 等快捷键，会提示

文件正在使用
再要你命3000[office2007].xls 正处于锁定状态
以只读方式打开文档，或单击通知

不管点只读还是点通知，都不能使用宏，而且会一直弹出“文件正在使用”
