Use latest React 20 in order to fix npm install issues on CI/CD

Details

npm is shipped with the version of node installed via nvm, we need to install npm version 10.5.2 in order to fix an issue when running npm install on CI/CD machines: npm/cli#7072

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

i.e. https://github.com/Expensify/k2-extension is still using 20.10.0, which leads to:

I'd suggest installing the nvm zsh auto use/switch. We suggest using it internally exactly for this: https://github.com/nvm-sh/nvm#zsh

K2 will be updated on a quarterly basis, but App commonly has a more up to date version.
