#1919 added preliminary support for JPEG-XR images.

A test image was provided in #1946 and we need to create a test case to validate the correct functioning of the new piece of code.

I tried to add the new image into test_regression_allfiles.py but there seems to be a problem with UTF8 characters (see mention to that issue on #2091.

I'll leave the changes in the branch mainJpegXrTest until we solve those issues with UTF-8 characters (ping @hassec )
