User A found a video shared by someone via email made during the event he is mapping. User A decides to upload that video onto the contribution's media section.
User B is working on another project, and mapping the same event. He also received the following video but doesn't know anything about User's A contribution and upload. So User B decides to upload the video onto his newly created contribution but his video isn't available because it is treated as duplicate by YouTube. User B doesn't know what is the problem with this video because he knows he hasn't uploaded video before (and though he doesn't know that it was uploaded by another user already).
Any solution to this very much possible case?
Maybe it is possible to check the status of a video if it e.g. was uploaded some time ago but still doesn't have a proper thumbnail - that means there's some problem. Those videos should be removed from the response and the author of the upload should be informed.
