Netbeans 8.2 : Action Items Window triggers compilation.

In v2.7.2.0 when the Windows > Action Item is open, every time you change the active file tab in your editor, it triggers a compilation as if the file was edited (which is not true).
tsconfig.json is set with compileOnSave : true

I don't know if it's related to your plugin or not...
