I'm Using Gnome 43 in my Linux System but I can Only set this theme for Legacy Apps

Unfortunately we can't do anything about that, Gnome is currently going on a downwards spiral.

BUT, this GTK theme will be rewritten soon (this won't help with your problem, but will make it look better), and there might be a Gradience theme coming as well.

Gradience is a software designed specifically for themeing Gnome. Google for more information.

So
This theme will be unusable for me and lots of users

'lots of users' is the incorrect phrase.
But if that's how you see it, then sure.

Well, setting up a gnome theme is kinda weird. But i'll try to redesign the gtk theme asap.

and as said by @diniamo about the gradience tool. If that works then you should not worry

I made a gradience theme: https://github.com/Ultra980/nixos-dotfiles/blob/master/users/ultra/configs/presets/everblush.json

Place this file in ~/.config/presets/user/everblush.json, then choose it in gradience.

GNOME is currently going on a downward spiral

Are you referring to libadwaita? Because I believe that it makes it easier for anyone to theme their GTK4 apps and get a consistent look, like what I did with gradience.

@Ultra980 I don't remember, as that was 10 months ago and I also stopped contributing to Everblush. I did make a Gradience theme at some point, but I never managed to make it work with all apps, because I didn't spend enough time on it, so it was never published.
