Gnome 4X Support #9
Comments
Unfortunately we can't do anything about that, Gnome is currently going on a downwards spiral. BUT, this GTK theme will be rewritten soon (this won't help with your problem, but will make it look better), and there might be a Gradience theme coming as well. Gradience is a software designed specifically for themeing Gnome. Google for more information. |
So |
'lots of users' is the incorrect phrase. |
Well, setting up a gnome theme is kinda weird. But i'll try to redesign the gtk theme asap. |
and as said by @diniamo about the gradience tool. If that works then you should not worry |
I made a gradience theme: https://github.com/Ultra980/nixos-dotfiles/blob/master/users/ultra/configs/presets/everblush.json Place this file in |
Are you referring to libadwaita? Because I believe that it makes it easier for anyone to theme their GTK4 apps and get a consistent look, like what I did with gradience. |
@Ultra980 I don't remember, as that was 10 months ago and I also stopped contributing to Everblush. I did make a Gradience theme at some point, but I never managed to make it work with all apps, because I didn't spend enough time on it, so it was never published. |
I'm Using Gnome 43 in my Linux System but I can Only set this theme for Legacy Apps
