Hotkeys to scroll the terminal

Is it possible scroll up or down in the terminal??

Yes, with the mouse wheel.

The scroll wheel only works on the terminal. it don't work on settings panels, hotkeys panel... and so on...

No, there are no hotkeys to scroll the terminal. I just came back here and saw all the negative reactions - I honestly didn't realize that OP was asking about keyboard shortcuts 😳

Scrolling with mouse works just fine.
And also in Ubuntu I can scroll to the top with shift+home, scroll all the way down with shift+end. And also shift+PageUp/PageDown works like a charm
