Description

Updates the fab's interactive states as part of the larger epic in #9299.

Current state

Acceptance Criteria

  • Remove shadow change on :hover
    • Revisit in a "personality" micro-interaction audit - those decorative extra interactions that are not required for usability, but nice to add personality
    • Remove :hover styling from the focus state
  • kind="neutral":
    • Update :hover background color to foreground.3
    • Update :press background color to border.3
  • appearance="outline-fill":
    • Update :hover to a foreground.2 background change instead of a stroke width change
    • Update :press to a foreground.3 background change instead of a stroke width change
  • kind="neutral" appearance="outline-fill":
    • Update :press stroke to border.input
