misleading status when deep copying feature services #158

The job status when deep copying a feature service (green is good, red is bad) is determined based on how many records have been added out of the total records in the source service. Once they match, the process is complete. Unfortunately, the current logic only works for services with one layer. The logic needs to be refactored to consider multi-layer services.
