Report URL parameter errors in the HTML response

For each named pattern in the URL, the api.toml has a corresponding type from struct UrlSegment. If the segment of the actual URL cannot be parsed as this type, an error is logged, but the HTML response is generic. The HTML response should be specific, either reporting the parsing errors followed by the route documentation or integrated into the documentation where the corresponding types are mentioned.
