Currently, we hardcoded the threshold here.

nitro-contracts/src/osp/OneStepProverHostIo.sol

Line 41 in 516a1e9

uint256 private constant ESPRESSO_ESCAPE_HATCH_DELAY_THRESHOLD = 3;

Make it upgradable and find a way to get it consitent with the validators.
