Related nodes are not reported in Equalify data

Equalify schema converter just got rid of related nodes. Which wasn't good.

This pull request should take care of it, but I would love @azdak to check into it because I'm not 100% sure we're capturing everything: EqualifyEverything/equalify-schema#7

Once that pull request looks good, you can implement the fix in the scan @azdak and close the schema PR.
