Generate a Report from Copy Number Information

Description

As a biologist, I would like to see the copy number results for a set of cells, in order to look for patterns therein.

Notes

  • Input: copy number calls from calling copy number.
  • Desired output: Rmd/html report with a pretty figure showing the desired set of cells
  • It may be necessary to also plot cell categories or types alongside
  • Fixed bin size, bigWig format, IGV
