Hi both,

I managed to reproduce the unconditional and conditional results from the paper. I explained quite thoroughly how to reproduce them in this fork: https://github.com/JeanRadig/scDiffusion.git.

Follow the README in Jean_Instructions.
Note that I had to slightly change the content of some files, hence clone the whole repo.

Give it a try and tell me whether it works then or not.
