Error with Time Only Setup - Time Picker wont open. #2465

OS - Windows 10
Browser - Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge
Version of the plugin - v6.0.0-alpha17
StackBlitz Test - https://stackblitz.com/edit/tempus-dominus-v6-simple-setup-66ubjs

Error Details:
"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'update')" error while opening time picker

Problem:
_popperInstance is undefined when date time picker is configured as Time Only picker.

I could see the same problem on examples (Time only setup)
