Similarly, we have some questions inquiring about sleep habits and hours of sleep. While we can't necessarily quantify each individual value of sleep, we should model those who get little v a lot and determine some cut offs maybe? Do we have terms for any of these habits/tendencies? Here's what's in EPR:
naps for > 20 min
hours of "actual sleep" most nights during the week (on weekends?)
time taken to fall asleep during the week (on weekends?)
average time of waking & going to sleep (during week and weekends)
difficulty sleeping for these reasons (woke up, bathroom, breathing, coughing, snoring, too cold, too hot, bad dream, pain, stress/anxiety, significant other's sleep habits)
sleep quality rating
usage of sleep medications (prescription or OTC)
difficulty staying awake during meals, driving, social activities
Compilation of exercise/physical activity based terms in EPR survey (not certain where these terms may be represented currently)
Exposure to any of the following:
