require frame and message option in while capturing image through `openCamera` action #1748

Requirements:

A circled frame is needed while capturing the camera to indicate that this camera is trying to capture the face.
Also require an option to display a message, in my case it'd be something like : 'Hold Your phone in front of your face and take a photo on green signal'
