Discussion in DNNCommunity/PolyDeploy#90

Instead of copying package files into the current directory, make a new directory for each run of the task, copy the packages there, and run the task from that directory.

This is included in version 1.1.3 (currently being verified and deployed to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=engage-software.cantarus-polydeploy-client)
