Yoroi 2.3.0 - Delegation page UI improvements & Ledger upgrade

This version contains a few improvements to the delegation page

1. PoolIds are now clickable (will open in explorer): #1278

2. Explain to users why rewards may be lower than expected: #1284

3. Show pages inside the delegation dashboard in case the user uses ratio stake: #1285

This version also allows you to transfer your Ledger/Trezor balance to your current Shelley wallet (note: this is different than supporting hardware wallets in Shelley): #1274

Yoroi 2.2.2 - Better error-handling on send & delegation page

Both the send page and the delegation page weren't handling errors from the server in a very user-friendly way. This release should make it smoother for the user
