Changes:

1. A warning label added when a wallet with no delegation is trying to register for Catalyst voting (because Catalyst rewards will be distributed to staking accounts now)

2. Internal Trezor T support is added for Catalyst voting, but the actual Trezor firmware does not support it yet and the update is only expected in June, so it will be disabled on our side until then.

3. Catalyst Fund 4 dates are pushed one week into the future (and are not confirmed yet)
