Just tried adding liquidity, it failed with this error

this is the result I'm getting in the end block response, but no details about the error

I couldn't find a pattern to reproduce nor an error log, it seems to be randomly failing for some pools.

It's not a regression as I tried with the previous prod release and it's acting the same.
