IBC transfer "receiving chain" always defaults to cosmos when some tokens exist on cosmos-hub #1796

I think the origination of this was to funnel users into cosmos-hub for gravitydex trading, so we should remove it.

if the token is not on the native chain, then this should default to the native chain of the token.

if the token is on the native chain, then this should default to cosmos-hub
