Notes:

  • This call is relayed to the node's gRPC endpoint.
  • It depends on this PR being merged

DoD

  • Configurable via env var
  • For each chain
    • If disabled, expect 400
    • If enabled, validate the response by using the Emeris generic struct Coins in the utils module
