Delete unused api-server endpoints

We think we have a bunch of unused endpoints in api-server. We should check with the frontend team and delete dead code instead of maintaining it.

DoD:

• Frontend team (@eitjuh?) provides a list of endpoints called by the web app, extension and mobile app
• Compile list of redundant / unused endpoints. Run past FE & Mobile teams for agreement before deleting
• Delete all the unused endpoints/handlers, after agreement. This includes their int. tests from demeris-backend
