It appears maybe Google has changed the html structure on the keep page? Removing the custom CSS in the Custom Frames Settings > Google Keep > Custom CSS brings back the menu and allows the hamburger menu to work. I pasted your code onto Google Keep site in dev tools and experienced the same issue, so it appears to be a CSS issue.

Please note: I'm a hack, but I hope this is helpful and thanks for a great plugin.
