Regression: `MOTION_DEADZONE_OUTER` has no effect with `MOTION_STICK_MODE=LEFT_STEER_X` #125

MOTION_DEADZONE_OUTER has no effect on latest version. I downgraded to 3.4.0 and it's working fine.

MOTION_DEADZONE_OUTER=30
MOTION_STICK_MODE=LEFT_STEER_X
