On a host called "machine", sling said:

Going to attempt proposals:
	"sling/prefix-step2/proposed/1/foo"
	"sling/prefix-step2/in-progress/machine/2/bar"

In this case it picked up 'foo' instead of 'bar' which was supposed to be resumed.
