Avoiding Hypnic Lamp > Deathgnash makes you unable to use abilities

Details

Atleast true in Compliments to the chef ISNM. If you avoid both hypnotic lamp (and deathgnash[?]), the target is unable to use any abilities for awhile. Fixes itself after a good awhile or maybe after you disengage/other.

Maybe I outran deathgnashes aswell (?), most of the abilities used were Third eye via macro, tested a few through menu aswell and got same message.
