Details

Atleast enspells dont proc (or say they procced in log) if the AA animation happens quickly after weaponskill, if you "interrupt" attack animation by weaponskilling/JAing during the attack animation, or for example upon engaging a target. Unsure if this prevents other similar AE procs or if its only a log issue. Also unsure how it behaves on retail, but seems like a bug from first glance.

To be more clear, lets say you dualwield 2 knives, you set triple attack to 100%, After you do the first strike of your attack animation, you WS, your first attack will have AE included in log and other hits wont.

Same issue happens with upon first engaging if the animations overlap
