Be able to add custom args to all format strings so services can be more easily debugged

[ERROR:navitron_server_status.py--main:71] navitron_server_status: Unable to fetch server_info

should become something like:

[ERROR:navitron_server_status.py--main:71 (eveProsper-v0.1.1)] navitron_server_status: Unable to fetch server_info
