Incorrect usage of "conform" in version help

Describe the bug
In the help text describing the version command the word conform is used incorrectly.

version
-       Show versions of all packages that conform ESMValTool.
+       Show versions of all packages that form ESMValTool.

• The recipe that you are trying to run, you can find a copy in the run directory in the output directory N/A
• The main_log_debug.txt file, this can also be found in the run directory in the output directory N/A

I'll send a PR for this today.
