A new truststore dedicated to the test fed has been created. It only contains vesgint-idx CA for now and is stored on the distrib mirrors at /esgf/dist/certs/test-fed/

The idea is to have one one truststore for esgf-prod peer group and one for esgf-test peer group.

Wget scripts need to know which one it has to fetch.
