Issue Description

Change's to CAM code are needed to support updates to the drydep_mod module in component shared code.

The changes to the drydep share code are:

  • rename seq_drydep_mod module as shr_drydep_mod
  • move hard wired data to netcdf input file to provide flexibility
  • removal of drydep method option (land model must provide deposition velocities)
  • reshape of coefficient data arrays
