Footer Component Re-Design

As discussed with @cyntss the footer can be Re-Designed for the mobile view.
I have designed a footer which looks like this mentioned below.

if this is good to go, can anyone help me in assigning this.

I personally like the first version. The current footer in mobile view looks like this (a lot similar to your 4th mockup):
