Add MySQL testing and validation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Cookbook is currently highly focused on PostgreSQL, would be nice to add full test suite for MySQL. Current users are using PostgreSQL but open to fully implement this at a later time if desired..

Right now only PostgreSQL is fully supported and tested. Some small but critical components are missing if MySQL is desired. These can be flushed out in a separate PR from Initial Release.
