Moves with duration longer than about 45 minutes don't work. See https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/33451/incomplete-movements-at-verry-low-speeds-and-long-durations.

Workaround is to configure segmentation. A solution would be to segment such moves automatically.

Fixed in 3.6-dev in time for 3.6 beta 3.
